Redwood Trust Announces New Stock Buyback Program
MILL VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE:RWT) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized Redwood's purchase of up to 5,000,000 shares of its common stock. The Board authorization replaces a previous Board authorization under which Redwood purchased 7,455,000 shares of its common stock from September 1997 to November 1999.
