A Robust, Organically Grown Investment Portfolio
Our Redwood Investments Portfolio consists of investments sourced organically through our Sequoia, Aspire, and CoreVest Mortgage Banking operating businesses as well as through other partnerships and third-parties. The organic assets we create are primarily securities retained through our securitization activities, as well as residential and small-balance multifamily bridge loans. Third-party investments include RMBS issued by third-parties (including Agency CRT securities), investments in Freddie Mac K-Series multifamily loan securitizations and reperforming loan securitizations, servicer advance investments, home equity investments (“HEIs”), and other housing-related investments.
