The Sequoia Medical Professionals program is a specialized non-conforming product that provides flexible underwriting and recognizes the strong long-term earnings and unique financial profiles of medical professionals, particularly those early in their careers. Sequoia purchases these loans from originators in both bulk and flow form, supporting liquidity for new production and legacy depository portfolios.
