We have two solutions for sellers who are looking to help clients access the equity in their homes:

  1. Our Aspire HEI platform directly originates home equity investments (“HEI”), allowing homeowners to access home equity without taking on additional monthly payments or refinancing their low-cost senior mortgage.
  2. We also offer our sellers a fully delegated, stand-alone closed-end second (“CES”) lien program which allows homeowners to access up to $500k of their home equity.

The Sequoia Medical Professionals program is a specialized non-conforming product that provides flexible underwriting and recognizes the strong long-term earnings and unique financial profiles of medical professionals, particularly those early in their careers. Sequoia purchases these loans from originators in both bulk and flow form, supporting liquidity for new production and legacy depository portfolios.

  • Medical Doctor (MD)
  • Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
  • Doctor of Dental Science or Surgery (DDS)
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
  • Doctor of Ophthalmology (MD or DO)
  • Doctor of Psychiatry (MD or DO)
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD)
  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM)
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Medical residents, fellows, or interns with one of the above degrees

 100% financing is available for qualified applicants.

 Loan Amounts:

  • Minimum: $100,000 (ARM $350,000); Maximum: $2,000,000

Eligible Products:

  • Fixed Rate: 15, 20, 25, 30 years
  • ARM: 5/6, 7/6, and 10/6, fully amortizing 30 years
