Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 13, 2022, Redwood Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its Board of Directors’ authorization to declare a third quarter regular dividend of 0.23 per share. The third quarter 2022 dividend is payable on September 30, 2022 to stockholders of record on September 23, 2022.
